1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
ORTA FISCALIDAD Y CONTABILIDAD, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the personal data of the USER and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations planned are:
Sending commercial communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that make these communications possible. These communications will always be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its own products and services or to those of its partners or providers with whom promotional agreements exist. On what grounds can we process your personal data?
The legal basis for processing is established in Article 6 of the GDPR:
With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters. By legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: carrying out market research, statistical analyses, and managing requests made by the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be retained no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or for the period required by any applicable legal obligations. When they are no longer necessary, they will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No data transfers to third parties are planned, except when necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing. In such cases, data may be shared with service providers involved in communications or administrative services, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data-processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER may exercise the following rights:
The right to withdraw consent at any time. The rights of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and the right to restriction or objection to processing. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the corresponding boxes and completing the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact forms or download forms, USERS expressly and freely accept that the data requested are necessary for the provider to handle their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and undertakes to notify any modification thereof.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested via the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service. If all required data are not provided, the quality and accuracy of the information or services offered cannot be guaranteed.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility. In particular, the CONTROLLER adheres to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to apply the security standards required by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and to ensure that they may exercise them.
