Have you ever had to pay a penalty, surcharges on your returns because they have not been filed within the corresponding deadlines or because they have not been done correctly (despite having provided all the documentation they have asked for), and of course, in the end you have been the one who has been harmed?

Has it ever happened to you that you have had to do some paperwork in the public administration and after taking an appointment, paying for parking, waiting for the day, getting up early... you have entered through a door and five minutes later you have left through it without having the management done?

Maybe you have commissioned a job/a management, had to be monitoring it and almost chased your advisor to execute it? (Even once it's done, you haven't fully understood what happened and what the consequence of it was.)

Perhaps it could have happened to you that, after a quarter, you go to your consultancy, you deliver the documentation and not only do you not know what the results of your company are, you don’t even get an analysis, but on the 20th they charge you a receipt and you don't know what it is, or why you have to pay it and you didn't even know the amount you were going to pay and when you see it it's because you already has it been deducted from the account?

Sitting in an office, a video call or call and not finding out what they are talking to you with so many technicalities, and in the end, leaving thinking that they did not understand what you really wanted to say or what your problem to solve really is?

Or... To feel like a number?

You see, there's a saying that a friend's (and client's) mother repeats a lot in her knowledge:

"Life has no mystery, good is good and you have to pay for it."

If you identify with any of the above situations (or don't want to have to) and like us, you are one of those people who agree with the simple, but overwhelming reality of Ms. Ana's saying, you may have come to the right place.

At ORTAFYC we are a team, but as this team and this company "suspiciously" bear my name, I am the one who runs it, and the one who writes, so let's start at the beginning...

Who is Jose Manuel Orta?

Ese de ahí arriba soy yo, y aunque no lo parezca es la primera sesión profesional de fotos que me he hecho en mi vida. Luego te hablaré sobre eso.

Because first I must tell you that I cannot come here saying that my mission and vision in life is to change yours or the world, that I have values that would make even the bad guy in the movie cry with emotion and that I have 10 degrees, 20 masters and 100 years of experience and accumulated knowledge...

… Aunque esto sea lo que estés acostumbrado a leer en otras webs…

But I can't.

I don't think it's serious.

I am a Strategist and Advisor, both Personal, Tax and Accountant.

¿Demasiadas etiquetas?.

And on the other hand, I also work "side by side" with entrepreneurs and businessmen who want to make the leap to the business world without fear, or already have experience and want to continue scaling their businesses.

It's that simple.

Some people and some companies think that they don't need anyone, that this is easy to do.

Others are accompanied by professionals who provide them with the security of saving them as much time, penalties and worries as possible and help them move forward.

Save time, penalties and worries for individuals and help grow businesses sustainably. That's what I do.

Changing your life is something that escapes me. You can only change your life yourself.

Now, what my team and I can do with the development of our work is to make it easier for you (a lot).

Enough? Insufficient? No idea, it depends on what you're looking for.

Why am I telling you this?

Well, look:

Because if you are an individual, complying with your different obligations to the Administration does not have to be at odds with saving time, penalties and worries.

And if you want peace of mind and avoid "surprises" in your procedures and procedures with the Administration, you can start by filling out the contact form by clicking here:

And because if you are a company, being responsible and professional does not have to be at odds with having a life. And the company has to be controlled by you, not by it.

You see, there's a saying that a friend's (and client's) mother repeats a lot in her knowledge:

And in this house, we couldn't agree more. Because in addition to being something that applies to almost everything and is not always monetary, when it is, it is not always about paying too much, it is about paying what you get fairly. No more, no less.

We could be the typical "collect and present papers" advisors, but in this house, we like to be another type of advisor

THE HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING AND WRITINGS

Now, I know... Too many open fronts, right?

I suppose that coming from the legal world, speaking English and being passionate about everything related to technical improvement at the tax level, I have put it to the boss and my colleagues to have me in charge of such a variety of matters.

Apparently I'm the right hand!

Let me tell you an anecdote of a client that can summarize a large part of my work:

This client deducts the rent without having any document, they check the RENT and we write explaining that he paid the rent from the ATM closest to his house providing statements and we win the appeal.

Can you win a Tax Agency procedure without having a piece of paper?

Well, it's not normal, really, but if there is any real possibility, in this house we don't stop looking for a way to make it happen.

THE HEAD OF LABOR LAW

Relations and law are something that affects companies, self-employed and individuals.

As employed professionals, we can all go through difficult work situations.

And as companies, between the fact that labor laws and regulations are constantly changing, and having to deal with subsidies, payrolls, dismissals, labor inspections... because labor management (the good one) becomes something totally essential.

I'll summarize my work for you:

I know how to ensure that you meet your work obligations and that, if you are a company, you optimize your human resources management.

And, you know what?

n the last 18 years in the workplace, I have had time to discover that it is something that I love and that I am good at. That's why I'm the one in charge of most of this area of the team.

Alejandro Durán Fort

TO MAKE NUMBERS MAKE SENSE (AND NOT JUST ADD UP WELL)

If my thirteen-year-old self-saw me now, he would say to me, who are you? What are you doing going to work with a briefcase? And why instead of digging up dinosaurs are you typing numbers?

And the Alejandro you are reading now would answer that by a combination that I love:

Mathematics. And to be able to help living humans who, luckily, have not yet become extinct.

My day-to-day is between invoices, banks, suppliers and balance sheets. What is not clear, I review. And what is there, I explain. Because orderly accounting not only has to be well done: it has to be able to be understood in the simplest way possible.

Sometimes it's a quick call to resolve a question. Other times, an entire report to show what's going on with the company.

My job is right there: to make sure that the accounts add up... and also that they speak clearly.

Josué Díaz González

THE ONE WHO MAKES THINGS NOT COMPLICATE EITHER THE TEAM OR YOUR BUSINESS

There is a phrase that sums up my job quite well:

"I get into the mud".

I assist the firm in everything that is necessary when it is necessary to take action: I manage, write, communicate and follow up with the corresponding administration or body to find the most effective solution in each case.

I am a point of contact in many day-to-day procedures: I inform customers, notify them of deadlines that must be met and I make sure that nothing is stopped due to lack of response or follow-up.

Inside, I do the same with the team and with the boss: make their work easier so that everything moves forward without unnecessary complications.

As I often say, both to my colleagues and to our clients...

... all that was it.

As I often say, both to my colleagues and to our clients...

... all that was it.

If you have come this far, I leave you with some facts about where I come from and who is behind these words

  • I was born in Seville, in '83.

  • When I was little a large part of my leisure was related to a notebook, a pen, making quadrants, operations and numbers. I've always liked everything to be in order and that the accounts balance, classify and have everything under control.

  • My first job was at the age of 16 as a billiards and table football manager. From then on I became fond of going from one "job" to another trying to generate more income.

  • When deciding what to study and what to do professionally, I have let myself be carried away by my two passions in this regard: radio and business consulting/administration.

  • Initially I opted for radio, but after completing my studies and starting to work in the guild, I could see that neither that fulfilled me nor was I going to be the next Luis del Olmo...

  • Thanks to this I discovered that personal advice and taxation/accounting is my true passion, I started again and you can be reading me here and now.

  • I'm a sports fan in general. My perfect weekends are spending time with my family and friends, watching my football team's game, practicing paddle tennis or doing a good run of kilometres running.

  • I love trips where nature can be seen in its purest form.

  • I have inherited from my parents the taste for cooking and good "scoff". I love having friends at home and sharing a good conversation and a few laughs around a good table. Although the thing about picking up the pots and cleaning the grease... I don't love that so much.

And I finish...

I'll tell you something curious that has happened to me over the years with some of my clients.

According to some customers, I'm the closest thing to a 4×4. But in "human", of course.

And the truth, if you asked me how to define myself in just three words as a professional... I wouldn't have "nailed" it so much myself.

What do I mean?

Well, I'm not a Ferrari, a Bugatti or a Lambo... let's say that I am not the most "sophisticated" car on the market, nor the fastest, nor the most beautiful...

I don't have great talents in general, to be honest.

Now.

Simplifying, and being that "all-rounder" with which to get into the irregular and complicated terrain of the Administration and the institutions without fear, I am very good at.

Neither good nor regular, I say VERY GOOD.

IT'S NOT THE SAME.

Nor is it the same to delegate your procedures to the Administration to save time, penalties and worries, then not to delegate...

Or delegate your taxation and accounting to improve your business and your life, rather than delegate...

Although that is NOT the real issue here...  The real issue is to delegate to the right person or people.

You just have to find the right people. Those professionals who simplify, speak your language and provide you with the peace of mind you need with these procedures and procedures.

And if you are a company, they have the ability to make you feel as if they were your team.

Are I and my team those people?

To find out if we are interested in working together, you can start by filling out the form below.

Have a great day.
