Each tax belongs to a taxpayer and I will give you the possible tools to deal with, but we do not take care of the obligations of the clients. Nor do we put ourselves in the queue at any financial institution or post office to pay them on your behalf.

It would be "art" for this to depend on me; however, it depends on the Property Registry that touches, or how the City Council of the day liquidates the capital gains tax.

In the latter case, if you want a defence, you have to pay it separately.

- By contracting the ALL-INCLUSIVE service (Inheritance Tax, INCOME of the deceased, Study, Inheritance Acceptance, Registration of Deeds in the Property Registry, Municipal Capital Gains) you save 20% on the price of contracting individually.

- You have two options (prices including taxes):

1 – Contract individually what you need:

– Inheritance Tax filing: €500.

– INCOME of the deceased person: €60, if joint: €90.

– Family INCOME: €40 each.

– Accompaniment to the notary's office for acceptance of inheritance or private document of the same: €100.

– Study of all taxes to be paid by family members: €300.

– Management of deeds in the Land Registry: €150.

– Application/payment of capital gains tax: €100.

2 – Contract ALL INCLUSIVE without family INCOME: 1000€.
